Returns policy
Software returns
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any software purchased from DJBox.ie will run on their computer. DJBox.ie will not accept any software and/or related hardware returns as a result of compatibility issues. Please ensure you check the specifications of the software you are purchasing and check them against the specifications of your computer to ensure compatibility. DJBox.ie will not accept for return any software that has been registered with the software provider or it’s agents regardless of age.
Returns
We want you to feel 100% confident when making purchases on DJBox.ie. We will accept for credit any item that has not been opened, is unused and is still new, once returned within 14 days. We will not accept in store purchases for returns on the basis of a change of mind, the return of online purchases is protected. Should you have reason to return an item please enclose your - Name, Address, Order Number and a Returns Code which you can get by contacting us via e-mail. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

*Terms and Conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the delivery. As we are not a manufacturer items must be returned in the condition they were sent and must include all parts to be eligible for the refund. Packages must not be torn, stickers and/or labels must not be removed and items must still have their tags on them. Returned items must not have been used and/or have visibile signs of use.
•DJBox.ie will not pay any carriage fees for returns (unless they are warranty returns) within the specified period. Any other carriage fees being sought by the buyer must be requested in writing before the item it returned to us.
•Returned goods that we receive which do not meet the above criteria in relation to original packaging and/or being in an unused condition will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged until a dispute is fully resolved. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days from their receipt back to us.
•During our busy periods please allow up to 28 Working days for refunds to be processed, normally refunds are processed within 10 days of their delivery to us.
•All returns must be accompanied with the purchasers Name, Address, Order Number and A Returns Code (RMA Number) which you can get by contacting us, to facilitate us to process your refund promptly.

Gear Exchange Equipment
Items contained within the Gear Exchange program do not carry a warranty and are sold as is, where is. No warranty is implied or given and it the responsibility of the buyer to check and test the equipment prior to purchase. DJBox.ie/Light Sight Sound will accept no responsibility for any fault, defect or problem that occurs after purchase. Items contained within the Gear Exchange program are not the property of DJBox.ie/Light Sight Sound or it's agents and we can not therefor testify as to it's origin, quality or condition.

Return and refund policy - Instore purchases
Due to the nature of the items we sell and the industry we work in Djbox.ie/Faize Sound and Lighting Ltd. DOES NOT Accept for return, exchange or credit any item bought in store in a “change of mind” or item is unwanted (for any reason) situation.
Djbox.ie and our partners will honour and support any and all warranty claim scenarios.
If you are unsure about any part of this policy please ask a member of staff IN STORE BEFORE making your purchase. All purchases are final.

Recycling and WEEE
Faize Sound and Lighting Ltd. is committed to meeting the requirements of the European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2014. These Regulations require producers of electrical and electronic equipment to finance the takeback of WEEE resulting from products that we place on the Irish market. This helps us to ensure that WEEE is reused or recycled safely. In line with that commitment Faize Sound and Lighting Ltd. will take back WEEE from you. Please contact us for details.
You also have a role to play in ensuring that WEEE is reused and recycled safely. So, if you choose not to return WEEE to us then you should not dispose of it in your bin. The crossed out wheeled-bin symbol on the product reminds users not to dispose WEEE in the bin. You should ensure that the WEEE is collected separately and sent for proper treatment. WEEE contains hazardous substances and if not managed and treated safely it can cause pollution and damage human health.
